About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Southern Europe team at Manhattan Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and optimal performance of our supply chain commerce technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve functional challenges and ensure seamless operation of our applications.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Guide clients through continuous change, recommending new configurations or designing enhancements to optimize their investment in our software.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective support strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software implementation and post-implementation support, with a strong understanding of database languages and/or cloud technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and French, with Italian language skills a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work at customer locations up to 20% of the time, with occasional prolonged engagements within the EMEA region.
