About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Docebo. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our learning software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve technical issues and minimize downtime for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our learning software and its features to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
