About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Sales and Organization Team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in an exciting project: Onboarding Area Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a Managerial Onboarding Learning Journey by collaborating with the team to create engaging and innovative training materials and design visually appealing presentations, workbooks, e-learning modules, and other onboarding resources.
  • Focus on Content Development: Participate in design workshops and cross-functional meetings to collect and consolidate information to integrate into the onboarding contents. Create and curate content that supports the onboarding process, ensuring it is comprehensive and aligned with company and department standards.
  • Learner's Experience Design: Research best practices and trends in training and development for management roles to ensure a STEP UP in terms of learning experience. Create infographics, reflect, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance the onboarding experience, in consistency with the company and functions branding/visual guideline.
  • Impact Measurement and Communication: Support the team in gathering training data, building analysis, and creating data visualization charts. Support in defining communication campaigns and developing communication assets to stimulate buzz, create awareness, and engagement around this and other connected programs to all levels of the company (final learners, stakeholders, training community). Create engaging activities leveraging technologies (Kahoot, Mentimiter, ) for existing programs/new ones.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Economics, Human Resources, Education, Marketing & Communication.
  • Fluent in Italian and English and willing to work with multicultural teams.
  • Open to learning and proactive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Teams,..).
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
