Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in senior living communities. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive occupancy success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive occupancy success.
- Establish methods for monitoring expected outcomes and effectiveness of marketing and sales programs.
- Plan and implement marketing activities and events that showcase the value of Culture Digitali Srl's offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine advertising needs and implement effective solutions.
- Meet monthly sales activity standards, including follow-up calls, professional sales calls, event planning, and monthly lead bank mailings.
Requirements:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of Culture Digitali Srl's offerings.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
