Sales Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Controller to join our dynamic team at Loacker Austria. As a key member of our Sales Controlling team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial models for our digital retail business areas, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
- Business Partnership: Provide commercial support and business partnership to our Digital Business and Retail Teams, helping to drive strategic decision-making.
- Team Support: Support the global Sales Controlling team in operational tasks and project work, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of deliverables.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales controlling or a related field.
- Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, process orientation, and a solid understanding of complex business contexts.
- High initiative, assertiveness, proactive problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High team spirit and willingness to integrate.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP user knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools are beneficial.
