About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Controller to join our dynamic team at Loacker Austria. As a key member of our Sales Controlling team, you will provide extensive commercial support to our global Sales Controlling team in core controlling processes and work on sales-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Supervise and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process in your area of responsibility, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and manage financial models for our digital and retail business areas, providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Performance Monitoring and Cost Control: Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, highlighting key trends and performance indicators, to empower decision-makers with accurate data-driven insights.
  • Business Partnership and Strategy Support: Provide commercial support and business partnership to the Digital Business and Retail Teams, helping to drive strategic decision-making and support cross-functional teams in strategic initiatives.
  • Team Support: Support the global Sales Controlling team in operational tasks and project work, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales controlling activities.
About You
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales controlling or a related field.
  • Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, process orientation, and a solid understanding of complex business contexts.
  • High initiative, assertiveness, proactive problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High team spirit and willingness to integrate.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP user knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools are beneficial.
  • High level of interest and enthusiasm in dealing with new technologies.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; German language skills are advantageous.
