Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Northeast territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sale of clean water pumps through manufacturer representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and evaluate existing manufacturers' representatives
- Participate in trade shows and travel to find and attain new representatives
- Provide technical training to new customers
- Coordinate with applications engineering teams on quotations for representatives
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with representatives
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on progress and sales forecasts
- Maintain a minimum level of calls, visits, and training to develop awareness of products
- Issue expense reports in a timely manner
- 3+ years of experience working with manufacturer representatives
- Knowledge of pump systems in commercial/industrial applications
- Technical sales experience
- CRM experience
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time within the territory
