Regional Sales Manager - Clean Water Pumps

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Northeast territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sale of clean water pumps through manufacturer representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and evaluate existing manufacturers' representatives
  • Participate in trade shows and travel to find and attain new representatives
  • Provide technical training to new customers
  • Coordinate with applications engineering teams on quotations for representatives
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with representatives
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on progress and sales forecasts
  • Maintain a minimum level of calls, visits, and training to develop awareness of products
  • Issue expense reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working with manufacturer representatives
  • Knowledge of pump systems in commercial/industrial applications
  • Technical sales experience
  • CRM experience
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time within the territory
