Twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a highly experienced Senior National Sales Manager to lead our client's US sales division. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will oversee sales for our client's agriculture equipment division, working closely with dealer partners across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with division objectives
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealer partners
- Manage a high-performing sales team and drive individual accountability
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, monitor performance against targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales activities with overall business objectives
- 10+ years of field sales experience required
- 5+ years of equipment sales experience through independent dealers required
- National sales leadership experience overseeing a team of 5 or more required
- Strong background creating retail and wholesale promotional programs required
