The SDA Bocconi School of Management is a leading international school based in Italy, committed to driving individual and organizational transformation for the betterment of society. With a presence in Milan, Rome, and Mumbai, our programs are built on rigorous research activities, offering MBAs, Specialized Master, and Executive Master programs, as well as open and custom executive education.
Within the Business Development Office, this role will contribute to promoting and selling the School's Portfolio (Open programs, Custom programs, Online Programs, Research and Masters) domestically and contributing to custom program sales.
We seek a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - Maternity Cover for our Business Development Office, responsible for supporting the Executive Education School Portfolio (custom programs mainly).
This role will be a key team member, bridging the School with the business environment at a national level, connecting our knowledge with the market through strong commercial and relational links.
- Support market analysis (target areas and client clusters);
- Develop commercial actions conveying synergy between BD teams and internal stakeholders;
- Activate new relations with HR and top management of companies and institutions via targeted commercial actions;
- Sustain customer retention with dedicated actions;
- Implement loyalty strategies;
- Support during periodical meetings with clients; present Exed portfolio and special events; analyze customer satisfaction;
- Support sales reporting;
- Contribute to conjunct development actions with other units both in SDA and UB;
- Support ideation and organization of special activities/events finalized to customer retention or development.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree (preferred economics or communications); one year of experience abroad (for studying or working or any other);
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in developing and managing business relations finalized to services promotion;
- Client/partners acquisition and management attitude (market analysis and segmentation; definition of development plans);
- Commercial development attitude and experience in working on multi-stakeholder projects;
- Availability for periodical business trips;
- Writing and presentation skills;
- Proactivity and resilience in managing long-lasting business relations;
- Responsibility and accountability;
- Organization and execution, institutional belonging and commitment to quality;
- Excellent English and Italian;
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office suite (specifically xls, word and ppt).
