Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Bari, Italy. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and technical strategies to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to position TMEIC as a preferred partner.
- Develop and execute sales and business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and support to clients, including product demonstrations and technical specifications.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely and accurate creation and submission of commercial and technical proposals.
- Travel to client locations to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical sales or customer-facing experience in a commercial environment.
- 2+ years of experience in power conversion, including adjustable speed drives, electrical motors, and generators.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in English, with German language skills a plus.
