Are you ready to influence the strategic direction of our organization by taking on a pivotal role in the Sensitive Products Category? Explore this opportunity in Portfolio Intelligence & Value Creation.

Your Mission

  • You will oversee business and competitive intelligence to consistently evaluate the performance of the Portfolio, along with its market positioning and appeal compared to competitors, collaborating closely with Product Management and Regional teams.
  • You will actively participate in the development of Portfolio strategies, driving portfolio value enhancement and effective value selling.
  • You will play a crucial role in the pricing transformation at Sidel, tasked with implementing pricing management for the Portfolio in alignment with the group-level Pricing Program.
  • You will create promotional strategies, develop materials, and execute a capabilities development plan that enhances frontline product knowledge and value selling, in coordination with product release and communication strategies.
  • You will engage in initiatives to represent Sidel and strengthen partnerships with key industry stakeholders contributing to the portfolio.

As part of the EP&I organization (Equipment Portfolio and Innovation), this role is integrated within the Sensitive Portfolio management team, responsible for delivering solutions, both integrated lines and stand-alone, for Aseptic, Ultra-Clean, and HotFill applications serving the Beverages and Liquid Foods sectors.

Your Profile

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Language Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are advantageous

Professional Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in the Packaging industry or a related field
  • Previous involvement in product and solution promotion, particularly in value-based pricing initiatives
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence and competitive analysis, incorporating insights from frontline and product experts
  • Understanding of Portfolio Business performance metrics (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.)
  • Ability to translate product features and functions into value propositions using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach
  • Strong analytical capabilities, adept at handling numerical data with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in defining and executing Business Plans
  • Ability to lead within a matrix organization through cross-functional collaboration
