About the Role:
MacGregor is a leader in sustainable maritime cargo and load handling, with a strong portfolio of products, services, and solutions. We work closely with shipbuilders, shipowners, and operators to optimize the lifetime profitability, safety, reliability, and environmental sustainability of their operations.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System in the region, including the GSD Operating Principles Manual, to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and requirements. Develop and implement an annual plan for mandatory activities according to the ISO certification and ensure their execution. Promote and build up safety awareness and understanding, and support and carry out safety training and development of staff. Follow up on incident reporting and carry out root cause analysis. Responsible for KPI reporting and performance measurement development in the region. Facilitate update and tracking of progress for Region Europe strategy X-matrix.

Requirements:
University degree (MSc/BSc), engineering, or equivalent. 3 years of relevant experience with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and integrated management systems, together with auditor experience of the same. Experience from the maritime industry is preferable. Customer-focused and result-driven. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Willingness to travel abroad. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
