About the Role

We are seeking a Product Reliability Specialist to join our team at Vertiv. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from components and processes to drive failure mode analysis and provide statistical analysis and reports to illustrate potential issues within the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report potential failures within a process.
  • Perform tests and analysis when required.
  • Drive design and application failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) as well as MTBF calculation.
  • Provide analysis and reports to illustrate and showcase the analysis and correction plan to the leadership team.
  • Liaise with relevant teams on the outcomes of the analysis.

Requirements:

  • Fault tree analysis and dynamic reliability block-diagram analysis.
  • Human error analysis, operational hazard analysis, and reliability hazard analysis.
  • Customer-oriented and availability to travel.
  • English language knowledge.
  • Data management skills: ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret and communicate the results of the analysis.
  • A continuous improvement mindset: identifying and implementing ways to continuously improve reliability.
  • Safety-conscious: the ability to identify potential hazards and take the necessary steps to mitigate them.
  • Project management: ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively including planning and scheduling.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Years of experience: 1-7 years.
