SEAS srl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Technical Instructor to join our team in Bergamo, Italy.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to deliver high-quality technical training to our engineering staff, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering Part 147 theoretical and practical training, as well as other technical training associated with business needs.
  • Preparing technical training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
  • Ensuring all training is delivered to the highest industry standard, including onboarding training for new starters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of EASA regulations and the ability to ensure regular review of all procedures and regulations relevant to the training course being delivered.
  • Extensive experience in developing and approving training material using various training delivery methods, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical training in a practical manner.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to escalate issues to the management team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to build and deliver effective training programs.
