Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Food Ingredients Distribution team in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve global targets
  • Initiate and participate in the development of global policies, structures, and tools, ensuring their effective implementation
  • Oversee the cost and capacity structure of local offices, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Monitor sales and financial KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Share best practices and encourage cooperation and synergy within the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Food Ingredients Distribution, with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years of managing a team
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a strong understanding of European languages and cultures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving business growth and development
