About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs
  • Manage projects internally and externally with vendors and partners
  • Support internal and external sales teams to deliver technical quotes
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct customer site visits
  • Deliver sales and technical enablement training
  • Handle daily product/solution enquiries
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Experience with SAP R3, Compass, and Business Warehouse is desirable
  • Previous experience with E-business systems
  • Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills
  • IT industry knowledge, including Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User
  • Existing knowledge of product and technology portfolios
  • Proficient in Italian and fluent in English
