About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS Sustainability Consultant to join our team at ERM. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in achieving their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs, including diagnostics, compliance and technical audits, awareness raising, training programs, and hazard and risks identification and assessment.
  • Support the design and implementation of activities related to H&S Training and field coaching, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis and assessment.
  • Support the design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes aimed to drive Operational performance improvement of Organizations, including deployment of risk and opportunities assessment, development of management systems, planning and delivery of auditing activities, design and delivery of training programs.
  • Support specific sustainability activities, such as Low Carbon Economy Transition projects, Carbon neutrality and climate change projects, Life-Cycle Assessments, circular economy, etc.
About You
  • You will have substantial, relevant experience across HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.
  • You will hold a Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management or other relevant disciplines.
  • You will have a working knowledge of English (C1) and knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French).
  • You will have good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards (e.g. SDGs, TCFD, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, SA8000).
