We're looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Solution Sales Professional to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Italian market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in complex solution sales, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both Italian and English. You will work closely with our existing customer base, as well as prospects, to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to think critically, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying areas of opportunity, and driving sales growth through new customer subscriptions, professional services, delivery, and training.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with customers and prospects to understand their business needs
  2. Identify areas of opportunity and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  3. Drive sales growth through new customer subscriptions, professional services, delivery, and training
  4. Work closely with our existing customer base and prospects to deliver exceptional customer service
  5. Collaborate with our sales team to share best practices and drive sales excellence
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years experience in a related role - enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales
  2. Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
  3. Fluency in both Italian and English
