Per azienda Pmi in fase di crescita, operante nel settore dei rifiuti industriali, controllata da un leader nel settore della logistica e trasporti, siamo alla ricerca di un:



Sale Senior Rifiuti Industriali
Area Nord - Centro

Obiettivo:

Il Candidato, riportando e collaborando con il CEO, avrà la responsabilità della gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti in ambito nazionale e internazionale, operando con un approccio di qualificato consulente tecnico per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti industriali speciali.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestione e implementazione del portafoglio clienti;
  • Sviluppo e assicura rapporti con i fornitori, sia trasportatori che impianti di smaltimento, verificando costantemente la corretta azione dal punto di vista normativo e tecnico;
  • Si occuperà di coordinare la corretta redazione delle omologhe/notifiche (ufficio a supporto);
  • Avrà la responsabilità di supportare i vertici della società nelle scelte strategiche.

Requisiti per la posizione

  • Diploma o Laurea;
  • Esperienza di almeno 5/7 anni in posizioni similari e in aziende strutturate;
  • Precisione puntualità e rispetto delle tempistiche;
  • Requisiti indispensabili l'ottima conoscenza della normativa sui rifiuti L. 152/2006, la competenza tecnico organizzativa in ambito smaltimento e la conoscenza degli impianti di smaltimento/recupero presenti in Italia;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di mediazione, autorevolezza, orientamento ad operare con visione di processo e raggiungimento degli obiettivi sono caratteristiche indispensabili;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici;
  • Completano il profilo orientamento ai risultati, integrità ed etica professionale.

Il ruolo prevede continui spostamenti sull'area territoriale di competenza e frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Le condizioni di inserimento saranno commisurate al livello professionale della candidatura individuata.
