Sap Project Manager

La nostra azienda, leader del mercato fotovoltaico europeo, cerca un professionista esperto in SAP per garantire la continuità operativa e il rispetto degli SLA concordati con i fornitori. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nella gestione sistemistica dell'ERP di Gruppo (SAP e Legacy), del Sistema Documentale e del Sistema a supporto della manutenzione (CMMS).
Le responsabilità del ruolo includono:
1. Garantire le performance del sistema, gli upgrade periodici ed il patching;
2. Supportare lo sviluppo della mappa applicativa, bilanciando soluzioni On Cloud e soluzioni On Premise;
3. Garantire i flussi di integrazione tra applicazioni e verso i partner;
4. Garantire lo sviluppo e la gestione di prodotti, servizi e processi di "Information & Communication Technology" a supporto delle strategie e delle attività del Gruppo;
5. Gestire gli outsourcer di riferimento;
6. Assicurare un adeguato livello di protezione dell'infrastruttura ICT, la gestione degli utenti e dei profili;
7. Supportare lo sviluppo ed il monitoraggio delle integrazioni applicative;
8. Installare, configurare, amministrare, gestire upgrade e tuning di istanze SAP, Open Text e Salesforce, anche attraverso l'amministrazione di RDBMS;
9. Supportare i processi di auditing interno ed esterno, valutando le possibili aree di miglioramento al fine di definire e implementare standard e metodologie di progettazione, analisi, sviluppo, documentazione, test, roll-out e controllo qualitativo dei progetti infrastrutturali;
Il candidato ideale possiederà:
1. Laurea in Informatica/Ingegneria o titolo similare;
2. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi ed esperienza complessiva maggiore;
3. Provenienza preferibilmente da settore Energy con infrastruttura distribuita (OT distribuita);
4. Ottima conoscenza SAP (SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, etc.);
5. Conoscenza Open Text, preferenziale;
6. Conoscenza Salesforce Field Service;
7. Conoscenza RDBMS;
8. Capacità di troubleshooting e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche sul sistema SAP, Open Text e Salesforce;
9. Capacità di analisi performance, workload, risorse, dump e log;
10. Conoscenza metodologie per porting, backup e restore;
11. EHP update e Upgrade;
12. Configurazione/implementazione scenari SOLMAN;
13. WebService, APISOAP, REST;
14. JMS/EMS e Microsoft Message Queue;
15. Microsoft ETL (i.e.: Integration Services e Azure DataFactory);
16. Padronanza dei principali applicativi Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point);
17. Buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
18. Disponibilità per trasferte sul territorio nazionale;
