Role & Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, primarily supporting recruitment efforts in Italy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition for Europe & Emerging Markets, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate communication, utilizing Viatris recruitment tools such as Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn.
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for management review.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify recruitment trends and opportunities that influence hiring strategies.
  • Conducting kick-off meetings with hiring managers to strategize on role specifics and market analysis.
  • Building strong relationships with business leaders to gain insights into their recruitment needs.
  • Negotiating job offers in partnership with hiring managers, including salary packages and benefits.
  • Enhancing our talent brand through partnerships, events, and external engagement.
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs in collaboration with the Shared Service team.
  • Participating in regionally led recruitment projects aimed at process improvement and innovative technology assessment.

Qualifications & Skills

We seek candidates with a blend of the following qualifications and experiences:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and foster collaboration.
  • Experience working within a Talent Center of Excellence and HR Shared Service model is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and proficiency in IT tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A relevant degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Italian employment laws is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is required, with an additional European language being a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team.
