The METTLER TOLEDO Service Team is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Service Sales Team in the Italian Market Organization. As a Sales Manager – Service Business Area, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability growth in a fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Service Sales team to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Drive sales and profitability growth.
- Work closely with Service Teams and Business Areas to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent related experience.
- At least 2 years of Sales Management experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong people management skills, including engagement, development, and coaching activities.
- Strong customer service and analytical approach.
- Dedication to continuous improvement and fast-learning attitude.
- A self-starter attitude to identify problems and find solutions autonomously.
- Ability to interface with other departments and teams in a cooperative way.
