Position Overview

As an Inhouse Consultant at ITT Inc. (m/f/d), you will serve as the primary liaison for the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders regarding their needs while continuously enhancing business processes.
  • Analyze, design, and implement innovative processes, while also optimizing, standardizing, and customizing existing workflows.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of interfaces with external systems, along with project management responsibilities across multiple European sites.
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary international project teams and engage closely with key users from various departments.
  • Document processes meticulously, train end users, and maintain regular communication with product owners to ensure adherence to standardized procedures.

Qualifications

  • A degree in computer science or a completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist (m/f/d) with additional qualifications.
  • Extensive professional experience as a consultant/advisor (m/f/d) within an industrial environment, coupled with demonstrated project management expertise.
  • Proficient in SAP modules SD and MM, including customization, along with knowledge in processes and application/service management.
  • A motivated communicator with strong analytical skills, balancing independence with teamwork.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
