We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Architecture Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including villa rentals, gastronomy, and community development. Our company is committed to sustainability and open values, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and elaborate drawings of properties
  • Research materials and propose new solutions for projects
  • Assist in improving and optimizing the efficiency of properties and materials
  • Help with the implementation of green energies
  • Provide ideas and feedback related to interior design
  • Conduct research and assist in possible requirements and permissions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided-Design (AutoCAD) and 3D design modelling tools
