Hotel Manager (m/f)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Rooms Division Department, including Front Office, Reservations, and Housekeeping
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure a smooth process
  • Develop and implement standards for quality and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional guest service and manage complaints
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to prepare budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee cost and quality management, productivity, and employee scheduling
  • Maintain and improve hotel systems and processes
  • Work closely with the General Manager and FOM to ensure guest requests are met

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in front office and/or housekeeping
  • Completed vocational training in hospitality
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages desirable
  • Proficiency in Protel and other hotel management systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
