Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Hematology Product Expert to join our team at Sysmex. As a key member of our commercial functions, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the IVD industry.

About the Role

  • Lead all marketing activities in assigned territories, aligned with Sysmex strategy and marketing plan;
  • Responsible for achieving expected ROI of marketing initiatives;
  • Collaborate with Sales team to achieve all sales objectives and key commercial metrics;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sysmex Solutions, their value proposition, impact on customers' operations, and key differentiators with competitors;
  • Develop and articulate scientific and clinical value discussions with laboratory stakeholders and physicians;
  • Perform classroom and on-the-job training to drive sales excellence;
  • Gather valuable insights on market trends, competition, and customer evolution to improve marketing strategy and objection handling;
  • Prepare analysis of market trends and competitive presence and strategy in the market;
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions together with sales, application, and service teams;
  • Apply value selling methodologies by understanding needs and critical success factors, showcasing benefits for each stakeholder;
  • Lead preparation of technical documentation for public tenders and post-award analysis of prices and competitive materials;
  • Provide information to legal teams in case of tenders-related lawsuits;
  • Support product lifecycle management activities;
  • Attend events and congresses at local and national levels;
  • Maintain effective internal relationships by engaging with relevant individuals and functions and mobilizing resources for commercial success;
  • Track sales processes and activities through updated CRM system information, including pipeline progress, areas of risk and opportunity, and follow-up action plans;

This role requires the ability to visit clinical laboratories and departments.

Requirements
  • Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent; PhD is a plus;
  • Business Management qualification would be beneficial;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
Experience
  • Cumulative 3-5 years of experience in IVD industry commercial functions (sales, marketing, or application support);
  • Hands-on field experience is advantageous;
  • Scientific and Product knowledge (Expert) in Hematology;
  • Previous sales experience is strongly preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including impactful presentations;
  • Solution Selling;
  • Tender management;

Educational Background: Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.

Professional Experience: 3-5 years cumulative experience in IVD industry commercial functions.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
