About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our AD&M team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle various pre-sales and post-sales service functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for direct account responsibility for accounts in Italy
  • Conduct contract reviews on orders/schedules and process in the SAP system
  • Collaborate with customers on specific portals
  • Progress and expedite orders as requested
  • Process customer returns
  • Investigate credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
  • Hold regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, backlog, and general support issues
  • Review, action, and issue all relevant order-related reports
  • Provide technical support to customers as required, using intranet technical references and offering alternatives using available resources
  • Utilize Excel extensively to create and update pricing spreadsheets
  • Proactively follow up on quotes
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable industrial customer service environment (B2B)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar education
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SAP and e-commerce
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate with customers and people at all levels of the organization
  • Methodical and organized approach to work, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
  • Ideal candidate will have a sound product knowledge of harness components
