La nostra organizzazione internazionale senza scopo di lucro cerca un professionista esperto per ricoprire il ruolo di Controlling And Reporting Manager presso il nostro ufficio di Roma.

Funzioni Principali
  • Guidare un team di specialisti e analisti per offrire servizi a livello globale e garantire la qualità e la tempestività dei dati contabili e di bilancio.
  • Alineare i registri e i report finanziari agli standard internazionali e alle migliori pratiche contabili, stabilendo politiche e linee guida per garantire la coerenza dei report finanziari.
  • Fornire report finanziari e di controllo di budget per il processo decisionale strategico e garantire la manutenzione e l'aggiornamento degli strumenti informatici utilizzati nell'area.
  • Garantire lo sviluppo e l'esecuzione del processo di preparazione del bilancio consolidato contabile globale e essere responsabile del processo di revisione esterna dello stesso fino alla preparazione della nota e alla presentazione per il consiglio di amministrazione.
  • Stabilire regole per l'utilizzo dell'ERP e assicurarne la configurazione a livello mondiale, garantendo che gli utenti rispettino le regole stabilite.
  • Stabilire e sviluppare un sistema di controllo interno e di KPI che consenta di analizzare e rivedere la qualità delle informazioni prodotte da ciascuna unità aziendale, fornendo feedback sulle azioni necessarie al suo miglioramento.
  • Collaborare con le aree di supporto per garantire la disponibilità delle informazioni finanziarie (contabilità e di budget) nelle diverse strumentazioni disponibili.
  • Collaborare strettamente con i controller delle diverse unità aziendali e con i revisori interni.
  • Formare e sviluppare le competenze dei controller delle business unit (o dei team locali) nell'analisi e nella preparazione di informazioni finanziarie/di budget consolidate, nell'uso di strumentazioni ufficiali e nelle migliori pratiche di lavoro.
Competenze e Esperienza Richieste
  • Solido know-how in materia di contabilità, analisi finanziaria e gestione del rischio.
  • Capacità analitiche per interpretare dati finanziari ed eseguire analisi quantitative.
  • Capacità di leadership per guidare team, progetti e collaborare con altri dipartimenti.
  • Capacità di comunicazione efficace per interagire con persone a diversi livelli all'interno e all'esterno dell'organizzazione.
  • Conoscenza della tecnologia e dei sistemi di informazione finanziaria utilizzati dall'area (SAP o altro ERP, Power BI, Adaptive o simili).
  • Minimo 10 anni di esperienza in diverse aree funzionali della finanza (contabilità, reporting, controllo interno, audit o campi correlati).
  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Amministrazione o settore affine.
  • Conoscenza della lingua italiana, spagnola e inglese a livello avanzato.
