Experis, a leading IT company, is a global leader in the search and selection of specialized IT & Digital profiles, Career & Skills development, IT Consulting, and Project Solutions.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support our Digital & Media department and lead all main digital and media campaigns and activities, directly reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning: Manage the brand's media plan, including advertising, programmatic, PPC campaigns, and performance campaigns, in collaboration with a global media agency.
  • PIM Project Management: Manage the PIM Project in accordance with Global Guidelines.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy across existing and new social media platforms, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing and content calendars.
  • Influencer Management: Manage influencer activities, including paid campaigns and free seeding, and collaborate with the marketing team to manage influencer events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Manage and maintain social media analytics tools and reporting, ensuring consistency with defined business KPIs.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate frequently with Marketing, Procurement, International Digital Department, and External Agencies (Media Agency, Digital Agency).

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Digital Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital communications, emerging platforms, and digital technologies (GA4, SEO, main media platforms such as META, Google, Tik Tok).

  • Tools and Skills: DV 360, Salesforce, fluent in English, and excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook Express, etc.).
  • Personal Qualities: Great passion for the digital world, constant keeping up to date with the state of the art and the evolution in the digital sphere, high interpersonal and analytical skills, team-oriented, and proactive.
