Job Summary
The Digital Marketing and CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy for Abbott Laboratories' affiliate, driving online campaign performance, and managing CRM activities. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM principles, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop Digital and CRM Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for ANI brands, including retail and reimbursed business, to drive online engagement and conversion.
- Launch and Optimize Online Campaigns: Collaborate with media agencies to launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google and social media platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Manage Media Budget: Work closely with media agencies to manage media budgets and track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve online advertising efficiency.
- Track and Analyze Campaign Performance: Utilize web analytics software to track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance channel effectiveness.
- Develop Creative Digital Assets: Work with agencies and internal brand teams to develop creative, effective digital assets that drive online engagement and conversion.
- Manage CRM Strategy: Develop and champion a CRM strategy that ensures buy-in from all business stakeholders, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage Media Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective campaign execution.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with local law, Abbott policies, and OEC procedures.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital roles within the FMCG or Pharma industry.
- Media Agency Experience: Previous experience in a media agency is considered a plus, particularly in FMCG or Consumer Health business.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Deep knowledge of web design, web analytics software, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads platform, and data analysis and reporting.
- Certifications: Google Ads certification (Search or Display) is strongly preferred, as is knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Analytical and data-driven mindset, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and high learning agility.
