About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our EU Fashion team at Amazon EU SARL (Italy Branch). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing a Supply Chain Roadmap for several of our most loved fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Supply Chain strategy to drive operational process improvements for vendors, maximizing product availability and executional excellence.
  • Collaborate with Product and Programs managers, Brand Specialists, and vendors to drive supply chain optimization and reduce waste and carbon emissions.
  • Analyze production and delivery lead-times, operational excellence inputs, and metrics to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Lead and influence internal stakeholders and vendors in an ambiguous environment, maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.
About the Team

This is an office-based role with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. We encourage open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.

Requirements
  • Several years of supply chain, inventory management, and/or project management experience.
  • Experience working with computer databases and complex data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience building and managing partnerships with vendors and/or external customers.
