Crane Payment Innovations is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of technology solutions that enable secure, reliable, and efficient transactions. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the Kiosk, Financial Services & Transport industries.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets and driving business growth in assigned territories, including Italy, Mediterranean countries, CIS, and Eastern Europe. This will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to deliver sales targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, integrators, and channel partners
- Understand both CPI products and their applications to create and deliver value-based sales presentations
- Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, from product selection to product delivery
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers, maximizing Company's revenue and customers' experience
Requirements
- Masters degree in engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in components sales in the industrial sector
- Experience in selling technical solutions in an industrial sector, business to business
- Proven track record of successful sales management and consistent overachievement of sales targets, as well as managing a distribution network at an international scale
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
