The primary goal of this role is to ensure effective maintenance practices within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
As a General Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in our Services Operations Team and report directly to the Head of Operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients in establishing safe operational practices for all maintenance and site activities, adhering to relevant health and safety policies. Improving client satisfaction and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments. Aiding clients in developing a comprehensive maintenance strategy, including budget formulation and financial oversight. Supporting clients in ensuring adherence to regulations and evaluating maintenance-related risks. Ensuring that maintenance processes are standardized and integrated with production operations. Fostering team skills and growth through thorough training initiatives. Supervising and facilitating troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving efforts. Developing strategies to optimize maintenance costs, reliability, and operational efficiency.Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline. Over 7 years of experience in maintenance or project operations within the pulp, paper, or tissue sectors. Strong leadership and management capabilities for multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in analytics and maintenance management. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Essential financial, networking, and communication skills. Understanding of change management, continuous improvement, lean methodologies, and problem-solving techniques. Experience in training and developing personnel. Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.What We Provide:
