Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Link HR Professional Solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's commercial policies and managing the entire sales department.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities;
  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with the General Management;
  • Prepare budgets and sales forecasts;
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate sales activities and objectives;
  • Monitor the achievement of set objectives and promote corrective actions;
  • Manage the development and loyalty of the customer portfolio;
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with strategic clients;
  • Organize and monitor market research and competition;
  • Manage and update commercial documentation;
  • Provide regular reporting to the General Management;
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Desirable education in technical or economic fields;
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the metalworking sector, preferably in the sale of machinery;
  • Background in the textile or metalworking sector;
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level), desirable knowledge of basic Spanish;
  • Availability for travel;
  • Excellent leadership, relational, and communication skills;
  • Organizational and planning skills.
