Production Supervisor Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the efficiency and OEE KPIs of the Manufacturing Department
* Production programming, detection of deviations, and management actions to guarantee required levels
* Management of quality KPIs
* Knowledge and application of delegation mechanisms
* Responsible for the quality of parts produced in the Shop
* Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials
* Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
* Contribution to the definition of the surface treatment's area budget
* Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with environmental emergences
* Knowledge of operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk
**Requirements:**
* Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
* At least 3-5 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar roles
* Knowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processes
* Project Management and Lean Production
* Knowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit
* IT & numerical Skills
* Fluent in English
* Reporting
* Strong People Management skills
* Flexible and able to adapt in a contest of constant change
* Love challenges and take responsibility seriously
