Diesel stands as a trailblazer in the denim and casual fashion sector, recognized for its ability to stay ahead of industry trends. In recent years, Diesel has transitioned into the premium casual wear market, establishing itself as a genuine alternative to traditional luxury brands. With a global presence in over 80 countries and 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company-owned stores, Diesel is a truly international organization.
We are in search of a Senior Market Strategy Specialist EU, who will be integrated within the Diesel European Headquarters in Milan. The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Go-To-Market Europe and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Wholesale, Retail Full Price, Outlet, and E-commerce, to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the successful planning, coordination, and execution of product launches and market entry initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to enhance global brand messaging at the local level, in sync with the seasonal marketing calendar. Oversee special activations from inception to execution, collaborating with both local and global stakeholders. Lead project management for special activations, ensuring effective collaboration with key stakeholders across local and global teams. Propose and execute innovative concepts to improve the effectiveness of Go-To-Market initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and activations, providing regular insights and reports to senior management. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to guide strategic decisions.Essential Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Marketing or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a lifestyle brand or agency, demonstrating a strong foundation in strategic planning, marketing, and promotional development. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; willingness to travel; exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a problem-solving mindset, a passion for precision, eagerness to learn, and a high degree of confidentiality.A strong command of the English language is essential, and proficiency in additional languages (French, Spanish, German) is preferred.
