We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Rare Disease Sales Strategist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for rare diseases to leverage their expertise and skills to drive business success. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales, expand market share, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to your territory, incorporating insights into the regional patient journey and network.
  • Deliver balanced information on new therapies in rare disease areas, highlighting their benefits and applications.
  • Maintain strong partnerships within the regional payer landscape to ensure providers are informed about coverage and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute strategies to drive business growth.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of field-based experience in sales, account management, and/or field reimbursement in biopharmaceuticals.
  • Proven track record of sustained high sales performance and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rare diseases, treatment options, and market trends.
