Job Summary:The Head of Mechanical Department will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position, requiring a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the work of the mechanical team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of our facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a mechanical engineering or management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
