Job Title: Market Lead Retail Fashion Luxury

Our client is a leading multinational player in the provision of IT solutions for diversified markets. As a strategic technology partner, they have been helping their clients optimize business processes for over 25 years through the study of smart IT solutions and the use of highly specialized consultants. Within the framework of their development and innovation program, supported by strategic resource investments aimed at the growth of the company, they have entrusted us with the search for the:

Main Responsibilities
  • Defining and implementing the strategy for managing and developing the market in question, focused on the Retail, Fashion & Luxury sectors.
  • Coordinating client management, market practice, and project delivery areas.
  • Developing strategic plans: defining and implementing the development strategy for target sectors, identifying growth opportunities, generating offerings, and managing delivery.
  • Profit and Loss (P&L) management: directly responsible for the economic results of the market, defining the annual budget, objectives, and coordinating monthly KPI reviews.
  • Client Management: supervising and managing relationships with clients in the portfolio to understand their technological needs and propose system integration solutions.
  • Business Development: identifying new business opportunities.
  • Offering: managing the market practice to expand the offering (go-to-market) with the development of assets or innovative market proposals.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: managing contractual negotiations and drafting tenders in collaboration with legal and purchasing functions to ensure correct contract drafting, including SLAs and specific contractual terms.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: collaborating with the technical team to develop technical proposals and system integration plans for clients.
  • Delivery: coordinating directly and being responsible for the delivery team (through a Client Service Manager) to ensure timely and satisfactory implementation of proposed solutions.
Candidate Profile
  • Engineering or Economics degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience within a technology consulting company, preferably with multinational clients.
  • Deep knowledge of technological development trends and innovation on the reference market, with a willingness for continuous and autonomous updating.
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes in CRM, PIM, DAM, ERP, etc., also in sales and network areas.
  • Competence in managing complex clients and technology partners.
  • Competence in proposing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
