We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the rigid packaging market.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on new business development and account management.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
