We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Additive. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Develop and implement performance analyzes and reporting to measure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong understanding of paid media channels and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager or Meta Business Manager, with experience in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
