Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at The Hoxton in Florence. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial day-to-day operations of the hotel, including revenue management, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the procurement platform, including PO approval and margin performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget adherence.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide financial input for business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Finalist or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and procedures in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
