Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Specialist to join our team at Miu Miu. As a key member of our warehouse and stock management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling and storage of goods in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt and storage of goods in compliance with company procedures and guidelines
  • Prepare products for the sales floor and special areas, optimizing timing efficiency
  • Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers, ensuring compliance with company timelines and guidelines
  • Prepare e-commerce orders and guarantee required service levels
  • Organize damaged products, not sellable products, and products under repair
  • Manage packaging and stationery, both physically and on our IT systems
  • Participate in the correct management of uniforms and gifts flows
  • Ensure the protection and packaging of products during transfers and shipments
  • Support in the event of theft, communication, and documentation
  • Manage the flow of products and related documentation, recording their movement in our IT system
  • Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timing
  • Support the management of warehouse activities related to sales
  • Ensure the security and cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Support the Stock Referent in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team and Client Advisors in the sales process

Requirements

  • Similar 2-3 year experience in a stock management role, preferably in the luxury/fashion industry
  • Fluent spoken English, other languages desirable
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and be organized and detail-oriented
