Job Title: Stock Specialist

At Miu Miu, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stock Specialist to join our team. As a Stock Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and store operations.

Job Purpose:

The Stock Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Stock Referent in all warehouse management responsibilities and providing exceptional service to our stores. You will ensure the correct handling of goods in store, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines
  • Manage day-to-day goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency
  • Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines
  • Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levels
  • Prepare the flow of damaged products, not sellable products (On Hold, Consignment...), products under repair
  • Organize packaging and stationery physically and on IT systems
  • Organize display objects system
  • Participate in correct management of Uniforms flow
  • Participate in correct management of Gifts flow
  • Ensure correct protection and packaging of products both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments
  • Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced
  • Support prompt investigation in the event of system negatives
  • Manage product flow and related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system
  • Participate in organization and execution of Physical and Cycle Inventories of finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting company timing
  • Support warehouse activities related to sales
  • Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Support Stock Referent in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager)
  • Support Client Advisors in sales process and collaborate with Visual Merchandising team when needed
  • Maintain contacts and relationships with used providers
  • Keep updates and organize archive on a monthly basis
  • Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters
Requirements:

Similar 2-3 year experience in this role, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion industry

Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable

High sense of responsibility

Ability to work in team as well as alone
