Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic partnerships and customer-centric initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and category management principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of category specialists.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
