About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team at Brambles. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and profitability through strategic category management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for category growth and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business results.
  • Lead category development initiatives to drive innovation and growth.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform category management decisions.
  • Develop and implement category management plans to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform sales decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, people management role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in supply chain mapping and category management.
  • Proficient use of MS Office and experience with Salesforce.
  • English proficiency.
