About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Bologna. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing strategic partnerships with top accounts in the city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the business of City and Top Partners in Bologna, with full responsibility for their growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their objectives and challenges, providing insightful advice and assistance to drive business growth.
  • Use data to enhance growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo, defining and pursuing a long-term strategy for the city.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create tailored solutions that address the needs of partners, including operations, marketing, corporate, and customer service.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top partners in the city, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be a proactive and results-driven individual, always looking for opportunities to make a positive impact.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in account management and business development, preferably in a startup or top consulting firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive business growth.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
