We're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team at Glovo, where we're revolutionizing the way people connect with their everyday needs.
As an Account Manager, you'll have full responsibility for owning 360° of the business of City and Top Partners in Bologna, working closely with various internal departments to create and apply tailored solutions that address the needs of Partners.
You'll be responsible for grasping the objectives and hurdles of Partners to offer insightful advice and assistance, working with data to enhance growth and profitability for both Partners and Glovo.
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Account Management and core business development, with a strong track record of success in sales and partnership development.
We're looking for someone who is persuasive, has a good judgment and assertiveness, and can find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own 360° of the business of City and Top Partners in Bologna
- Grasp the objectives and hurdles of Partners to offer insightful advice and assistance
- Work with data to enhance growth and profitability for both Partners and Glovo
- Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the city in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations
- Work alongside various internal departments to create and apply tailored solutions that address the needs of Partners
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management and core business development
- Persuasive and able to sell value to Customers/Partners and the Glovo platform
- Good judgment and assertiveness, with a natural bias for action
- Ability to find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges
