Job Title:

Senior Analytics and CRO Consultant

Job Overview:

The primary objective of this position is to implement and oversee Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, aligned with the established goals, to sustain, enhance, and surpass client performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients in navigating digital transformation journeys with a focus on understanding their unique requirements.
  • Developing presentations and data-driven reports for clients and internal stakeholders, along with conducting ad-hoc analyses such as campaign evaluations, channel performance assessments, and funnel analyses.
  • Producing reports utilizing Looker Studio.
  • Administering the Google Analytics platform and executing tracking implementations via tag manager.
  • Establishing measurement frameworks and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with clients.
  • Working closely with company teams to gain insights into client needs.
  • Overseeing and coordinating projects related to Digital Analytics, ensuring involvement from all relevant parties.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in setting up tracking systems and reporting for medium to large clients using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • A degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Good understanding of Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other testing methodologies (e.g., Adobe Target, Contentsquare).
  • Proficient in using Google Presentation (or PowerPoint) and Google Sheets (or Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of Web Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
