About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Website Analytics Specialist to join our Analytics Team at Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Analytics Director to drive business growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the subject matter expert on website analysis for our key client in the luxury sector.
  • Identify and analyse drop-off points in the user journey and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of different website elements and features.
  • Lead meetings with clients and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Find opportunities for clients to utilise adjacent services in the analytics ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics with Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to conduct qualitative analysis with heatmaps, session recordings or usability testing.
  • Proven experience with BigQuery and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is advantageous, but not mandatory.
